We ship across Canada using trusted carriers such as Canada Post and other courier partners.

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–7 business days

✂️ Fabric Orders (Important)

  • All fabrics are cut in continuous lengths whenever possible
  • If your order includes multiple quantities, we will ship it as one continuous piece unless otherwise specified
  • Slight variations in color may occur due to different dye lots

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can track your order anytime using the provided link.

🚫 Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain courier services
  • Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times

📦 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or customs.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos
  • If your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
